Lift Your Mood with Paul Comedy

Are you the lucky one to start your spring with the funny comedy to raise your mood? If not, there is still a chance to do it by opting for Paul comedy, an adventurous science-fiction entertaining movie about two best nerds and an alien Paul, whom they happened to meet one day.

If there is an actress who starred in sci-fies mostly alongside aliens and other monsters, there is Sigourney Weaver for sure, the fact that Greg Mottola, a film director of Paul, definitely couldn't avoid. The cast is just the one to fit the atmosphere of the movie: Simon Pegg as Graeme Willy, Nick Frost as Clive Gollings, Jason Bateman as Special agent Lorenzo Zoil, Bill Hader as Agent Haggard and Seth Rogen's voice for Paul. Actually, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost are also film writers apart from being an ensemble cast and they proved to make bright, absolutely funny movies with enough serious subplot in them. It's just impossible to look through excellent banter over Steven Spielberg's science-fiction movies.

On reading a number of Paul reviews you will find that this is a sweet, funny movie telling the story about two best not very young friends. They are fans of aliens and any sci-fi stuff, so their most cherished dream is to visit 'alien' zone in San Diego. They rent RV and start their way for the dream. But there is a real alien who broke their plans, yet made their dream come true. Little green, with bulging eyes and very smart Paul decided to escape from Area 51 after having lived there for 60 years. Both friends commit themselves to helping this creature to get to the mother ship but it turns to be an adventurous mission. They are followed by secret agents, by a mad father, who tries to rescue his daughter, who has been accidentally kidnapped by these strange nerds... these are just few events out of many.

While the ending is in a way predictable (you can guess it from the scene when Paul brings a bird to life) but there are still a lot of unexpected moments that make Paul comedy a funny treat. Paved with a good English humor that makes you laugh from start to end, this comedy of 2011 is certainly worth your attention. Not sure? Then read at least some of Paul reviews to become convinced.
