The Informant!
This is one of the best comedy movies released in the recent past and its producer is none other than Steven Soderbergh. The movie was released on the 18th of September 2009 and proved to be a hit with audiences instantly. The main plot of the story revolves around Mark Whitacare played by Matt Damon famous in both the Italian Job and the Bourne Supremacy trilogy. He is a humorous character that is used as a government informer in an agricultural business giant where he is the vice president.
The company is accused of price fixing and the government is having none of that making this character one of the most famous whistle blowers in the corporate world. The movie runs for 108 minutes and even though it is serious crime that is being committed by Archer Daniels Midland the agricultural giant the subtle comedy is truly worth watching. The main character comes across as a sufferer of Attention Deficit Disorder yet he is a part of this company that is defrauding the government and the people that have invested in it. The company thinks they can get away with the crime but with Mark Whitacare as part of the team then none of their illegal dealings are going to go by unnoticed.
The main FBI agents in the plot are played by Scott Bacula and Joel McHale and Whitacare is interacting with them in the most interesting way that may even be considered play as opposed to serious business. He is not only smart but incredibly goofy and this makes the film all the more entertaining.
It is watchable even though when it comes to fraud it does not perform as well as “catch me if you can” or even “the insider”. Download The informant movie and make sure that it is truly one of the best comedy movies to be released in a long time.

failure
Matt Damon was never in the Italian Job, although it was an excellent movie. That's Mark Wahlberg you're thinking of. May want to get your facts straight.
not a great movie website
The Italian job was Mark Wahlberg, not Matt Damon
